Hi, I’m Dr. Laurel Proulx

I’m a researcher, educator, Pelvic Health PT, and advocate to help you find the answers and care you’ve been looking for. I’m the Dr. that talks about poop, pee, gas, pain with sex, “this weird thing that happens when I do…” and all the things you didn’t know your body goes through during pregnancy and beyond. My drive is to elevate the care all vulva owners receive surrounding some of the most vulnerable and intimate experiences of their lives. These issues can seem scary and serious, but we also celebrate big, laugh a lot and cuss a little because unfolding is tough work.

Your bridge between healing and fitness is here. Education to help you navigate the 4th trimester bleeding, swelling, disconnection and question marks with a foundational core and strength program designed by a pelvic health PT specific to the needs of a postpartum body. This isn’t a “snap back” program. This is a guide to help you move forward with confidence. Twelve weeks of core, mobility and strength for all fitness levels. You choose between 3 levels of each workout and I teach you how to be your own trainer.
